Heavy Jet

A heavy jet is a large private aircraft designed for long-distance travel. It offers a spacious cabin, significant luggage capacity and a high level of onboard comfort for business or leisure journeys.

A heavy jet may be appropriate for long-haul flights, larger groups, extensive luggage requirements or journeys where passengers want sleeping arrangements, enhanced catering and multiple cabin zones.

Heavy jets typically accommodate 10–14 charter passengers, although some aircraft configurations can accommodate more. Passenger capacity varies according to the aircraft model, cabin layout and operator.

Many heavy jets have seats that recline or convert into beds. Some aircraft also offer divans, private sleeping areas or separate cabin zones, depending on the interior configuration.

Services may include customised catering, Wi-Fi, entertainment, flight attendants, ground transportation and special arrangements for families, pets or business delegations.
